WaPO ARTICLE UPDATE: Police Arrest Transit Employee in Double Slaying Near Woodbridge, VA Bus Terminal

I know, it’s out in Hoodbridge, but it’s still awful.

Prince William County police are investigating the fatal shooting of two people near a bus terminal at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge.The victims were gunned down shortly before 11 a.m. at the Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation (PRTC) bus terminal, authorities said.

Officers have cordoned off the area and are searching for the gunman, who is believe to still be at large, police believe.

Police spokeswoman Kim Chinn says both victims were adult men, and one of them was a PRTC employee. Chinn says it appears the suspect and victims knew each other, but did not elaborate.

The gunman is described as a 40-year-old light-complexioned black male, who was last seen wearing dark clothing, police said. He is 5’11” and weighs approximately 210 pounds, according to police.

Officers have cordoned off the area and are searching for the gunman.

    I bet Dale City station 20 responded. Medic 520 and Engine 520. They’re right up the road. and no student was on the unit, cool shit never happens when EMS students are on ride-alongs. I did 84 hours on Medic 520, all BLS bullshit, and a handful of ALS calls. sucks they died though. hope they find the killer. what a ramble.
